Job summary

Kwality Plastic Manufacturing LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned Sales & Business Development Manager to drive growth in domestic and export markets. You will develop export strategies, build new customer networks, and coordinate with production and logistics to ensure smooth order execution.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of B2B sales and a strong track record in plastic packaging or manufacturing, with Arabic fluency preferred and English a plus.

• Plan and execute sales campaigns, customer outreach activities, and market development initiatives.
• Lead, coordinate, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and overall sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase customer retention and repeat business.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging business opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, revenue reports, and business development plans for management review.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance, profitability, order conversion, and collection targets to support sustainable business growth.

Skills

• 5-7 years of relevant sales and business development experience, preferably in flexible plastic packaging or plastic manufacturing.
• Proven track record in new customer acquisition, B2B sales, and revenue generation.
• Strong experience in export sales and international market development is highly preferred.
• Experience in sales team management, negotiation, and strategic business development.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer relationship management skills.
• Preference will be given to Arabic-speaking candidates, particularly candidates of Arab nationality.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
