Kwality Plastic Manufacturing LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned Sales & Business Development Manager to drive growth in domestic and export markets. You will develop export strategies, build new customer networks, and coordinate with production and logistics to ensure smooth order execution.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of B2B sales and a strong track record in plastic packaging or manufacturing, with Arabic fluency preferred and English a plus.

• 5–7 years of B2B sales and business development experience.
• Proven export sales experience and global market development.
• Arabic fluency is mandatory; English is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
• Ability to plan and execute sales campaigns and forecasts.
