Job summary

Caliberly seeks an experienced Export Sales Manager to drive our flexible-packaging business across the MENA and African markets, based in Dubai. You will lead export sales initiatives, build relationships with major dairy, FMCG, pharmaceutical and beverage clients, and manage margins and payments. Arabic fluency and strong English communications are required.

The role involves travel across assigned markets to expand opportunities and strengthen market presence in a dynamic, growing region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of export-sales experience in the flexible-packaging industry.
• Fluency in Arabic and strong professional English communication.
• Proven track record in developing business across MENA and Africa.

Responsibilities

• Minimum of 5 years of successful export-sales experience specifically within the flexible-packaging industry
• Currently based in the MENA region, with sound knowledge of the regional market
• Fluency in Arabic and strong professional communication skills in English
• Proven track record in developing business across the MENA and African regions
• Established customer relationships within the dairy, FMCG, pharmaceutical and beverage sectors
• Strong capabilities in new-business development, key-account management, commercial negotiation, margin management and payment collection
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned markets
