Job summary

ApplyMint in Dubai, UAE is hiring a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team across order processing, quotations, and invoicing.

You will liaise with customers, monitor orders, and coordinate with warehouse for timely deliveries while maintaining accurate sales records. Fresh graduates with relevant degree and at least 1 year of experience are welcome; proficiency in Excel is required.

Qualifications

• Filipino, female, aged 35 years and below.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, Business Administration, E-commerce Administration, Accounting; or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in warehouse or logistics.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage and strong experience in Excel formulas is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and follow-ups.
• Communicate with customers for order confirmations and updates. Track order status and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for dispatches. Maintain and update customer data and sales records
• Assist in preparing sales reports and basic documentation
