Job summary

Brand Waves Advertising LLC in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with quotations, orders, follow-ups and client communications, ensuring timely execution across design, estimation, production, procurement and project teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or Marketing, 2–4 years UAE experience in sales coordination or customer service, excellent English, strong MS Office skills (Excel/Word), and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of UAE experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or Customer Service Executive.
• Experience in signage, advertising, construction, fit-out, or manufacturing is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team on enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, proforma invoices, sales orders, and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data; generate sales reports.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, production, procurement and project teams for timely execution.
• Schedule client meetings and assist in tender documentation when needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team on enquiries quotations and customer follow-ups Prepare quotations proposals proforma invoices sales orders and related documentation Maintain accurate customer records sales reports and CRM data Coordinate with design estimation production procurement and project teams to ensure timely execution Track customer enquiries quotations purchase orders deliveries and project status Follow up with customers regarding quotations approvals payments and deliveries Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports Schedule client meetings and maintain sales calendars Assist in tender documentation and submission Ensure all sales documents are properly filed and maintained Support the sales team in achieving business targets through efficient coordination and communication

Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2–4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or Customer Service Executive in the UAE.Experience in the signage, advertising, construction, fit-out, or manufacturing industry is preferred.Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.Experience with CRM or ERP systems is an added advantage.Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
