Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience
• No supervisory experience as per preferred qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems and coordinate with Sales, Data Administration, and Accounting teams as needed.
• Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue while upholding guest loyalty and up-selling opportunities.
• Process reservations and manage changes/cancellations via phone, fax, or mail; enter Marriott Rewards details into the system.
• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (filing, emails, typing, faxing).
• Assist management in training and motivating employees; uphold company policies and professional appearance.
