Job summary

Kavak Mexico is seeking an energetic vehicle sales executive for our Dubai showroom. You will handle inquiries, qualify customers, present vehicles, arrange test drives, and negotiate sales. You will maintain customer profiles in the OMS and pursue follow-ups to close deals.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in automotive sales, strong English, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset. UAE market knowledge and CRM/OMS proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in automotive is required.
• Understanding of UAE automotive market and customer expectations.
• Ability to work toward monthly sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Customer-focused approach with proactive follow-ups.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM/OMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle visit appointment inquiries, understand requirements and qualify suitable vehicles.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom objectives.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.
• Conduct vehicle presentations, explain features, arrange test drives, negotiate price.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles and update OMS.
• Identify opportunities for finance, insurance, warranties and other products.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth documentation and delivery.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth documentation vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience preferably within the automotive industry
• Good understanding of the UAE automotive market and customer expectations
• Ability to work towards monthly sales targets in a competitive environment
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to sales and follow-ups
• Basic working knowledge of MS Office Word Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to work with CRM OMS systems
• Good command of English additional languages will be an advantage

Nice to have

• Previous experience in used-car sales or a multi-brand automotive dealership
• Knowledge of vehicle specifications features and market pricing
• Experience in selling automotive finance insurance warranties and other ancillary products
• Existing customer network within the UAE automotive market
• Arabic French language skills will be an added advantage
