Confidential Company is seeking a target-oriented Sales Executive for Project Logistics to drive growth across the UAE and Oman. The role demands experience in freight forwarding and project cargo, including OD Cargos, oil & gas, and heavy haulage, with a strong focus on expanding the company’s project logistics portfolio.

The successful candidate will develop opportunities, manage key client relationships, generate sales leads, and coordinate with operations to propose tailored logistics

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales within freight forwarding, logistics, or project logistics.
• Knowledge of project cargo, over-dimensional (ODC) cargo, heavy haulage, and multimodal logistics solutions.
• Exposure to Oil & Gas, power generation, industrial projects, or related sectors is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the shipping and freight forwarding industry.
• Proven sales, negotiation, business development, and client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in project logistics and freight forwarding across the UAE and Oman.
• Generate leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and convert prospects into customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Promote project logistics solutions including project cargo, ODC, heavy haulage, and multimodal transportation.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to propose suitable logistics solutions.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms; follow up on sales opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in freight forwarding and logistics sales with a strong understanding of project cargo over-dimensional ODC cargo Oil Gas power generation heavy haulage and multimodal logistics solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities managing client relationships generating sales leads and expanding the company s project logistics portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in project logistics and freight forwarding across the UAE and Oman
• Generate leads build a strong sales pipeline and convert prospects into customers
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Promote project logistics solutions including project cargo ODC heavy haulage and multimodal transportation
• Identify business opportunities in the Oil Gas power generation industrial projects and related sectors
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal operations teams to propose suitable logistics solutions

Key Requirements

• Exposure to Oil & Gas, power generation, industrial projects, or related sectors is highly preferred.

• Ability to independently develop and manage a sales pipeline and achieve targets.
• Good communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of the UAE and Oman logistics markets will be an advantage.
• Graduate in a relevant discipline; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.

Compensation & Working Schedule

Working Days: Monday to Friday for UAE-based roles; Sunday to Thursday for Oman-based roles.
