Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive Freight Forwarding based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and promote Domkoly Shipping's freight forwarding services across air, sea, and land. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, preparing and presenting quotations, negotiating rates and terms, and coordinating with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution. The role also involves monitoring market trends, preparing sales reports, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or relevant systems. The Sales Executive will work closely with internal stakeholders to optimize customer experience and support revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and negotiation.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics operations, particularly air, sea, and land transportation, customs procedures, and warehousing.
• Customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust, provide clear communication, and deliver solutions aligned with client needs.
• Analytical and organizational skills for preparing quotations, managing pipelines, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
• Experience using CRM systems and basic office software (e.g., MS Office, email, online collaboration tools).
• Previous experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales, preferably in the Middle East region.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• This is a target-based position, with performance evaluated based on achieving assigned sales targets.
