Primary Accountabilities

• Develop and manage a sales pipeline targeting corporate, government, and event clients.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and food tastings to showcase catering services.
• Prepare sales proposals, pricing quotations, and tender submissions in collaboration with the operations team.
• Secure new catering contracts and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Identify business development opportunities and generate repeat catering and event bookings.
• Negotiate commercial terms and follow up on prospective sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proposed catering solutions meet client requirements.

Candidate Criteria
