Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Manager - Sales Excellence for its Precision Media division at the Corporate Head Office UAE. The role focuses on improving sales performance, driving revenue growth, and optimizing sales processes through data-driven insights in collaboration with commercial, product, and analytics teams.

Responsibilities include identifying growth levers for retail media, tracking key metrics, streamlining revenue planning, and implementing new tools and processes to enable scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 6+ years in sales, business, GTM or project management.
• Experience with ecommerce accounts and retail media.
• Experience with omni-channel media solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth levers for retail media revenue and systematize them for future scale.
• Drive focus on input metrics for better business understanding and decisions.
• Plan revenue and priorities across the sales team using growth building blocks.
• Identify gaps in legacy processes and enable new tools and processes.
• Disseminate data in formats and frequencies to maximize adoption and impact.
• Develop understanding of data resources and insight platforms for the sales team.
• Define a commercial structure for working with external brands, agencies, and vendors.
• Partner with Product, Channel Commercial, legal and Finance to map the client value chain from creation to invoicing.

ROLE SUMMARY

Precision Media is Majid Al Futtaim's retail media division, helping brands and suppliers reach Carrefour customers through advertising across stores, e-commerce platforms, loyalty programs, and malls. The role focuses on improving sales performance, driving revenue growth, optimizing sales processes, and leveraging data-driven insights while collaborating with commercial, product, and analytics teams.

ROLE PROFILE

• Identify the growth levers for retail media revenue and systematize them for better planning and tracking that enables future scale up of the business
• Driving focus on the key input metrics of the business for the team and leadership, enabling better understanding of the business and decision making
• Enabling the planning of revenue and key business priorities, across the sales team based on growth building blocks and health metrics, driving adoption of new processes/GTM approaches across the team
• Identify the key gaps within the legacy processes and tools being currently used and enable the adoption of new tools (underway) and processes that are true business enablers
• Develop a mechanism of disseminating the right data in the formats and frequency that ensure high adoption, usage and impact for our clients and business.
• Develop a sound understanding of the vast data resources and insight platforms that are available to Precision Media and identify the most relevant reports/metrics for the sales team.
• Defining the right commercial structure that sales team can use to work with external partners (brands and agencies) and vendors that ensure fair compensation for the service/partnership while meeting the bar on quality and performance.
• Partner with teams like Product, Channel Commercial, legal and Finance to map out the complete client value chain from customer creation within ERP system till invoicing and collections ensuring smooth flow of information, that is well organized, easily

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communication, or any other related field
• 6+ years experience in sales, business, GTM or project management roles
• Ecommerce, sales experience with global and regional accounts
• Experience in retail media, omni-channel media solutions is preferred
