Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and exceed sales targets by driving adoption of retail media products across digital, in-store, and omni-channel touchpoints
• Prospect and secure new business opportunities to expand advertiser and agency partnerships
• Develop and sell tailored media proposals that deliver strong ROI and effective retail media outcomes
• Oversee client campaign planning, execution, delivery, and performance reporting with regular communication
• Articulate the value, pricing, and competitive advantages of Precision Media offerings to customers
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with accurate monthly forecasting and activity tracking
• Contribute to the evolution of the retail media proposition by shaping new formats and commercial opportunities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for brand and agency partners, building long-term relationships and recurring revenue
• Collaborate with Ad Operations and Commercial teams to prepare presentations and ensure effective campaign execution
• Align campaigns with brand KPIs and country strategies through cross-functional collaboration

• Proven success in digital display media sales within retailer, publisher, or media agency environments
• Experience selling audience targeting solutions with strong understanding of online advertising and analytics
