Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, or a related discipline.
• At least six years of experience in sales, business development, go-to-market planning or project management.
• Experience with global or regional accounts and e-commerce environments.
• Direct exposure to retail media, digital advertising, loyalty ecosystems or omnichannel media is preferred.
• Ability to influence teams beyond formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Identify primary drivers of retail media revenue and translate them into scalable planning.
• Establish tracking for growth opportunities, risks and sales health.
• Define input metrics to help sales teams and leaders understand performance.
• Build revenue plans around measurable growth and market opportunities.
• Translate priorities into actions for regional and account teams.
• Monitor adoption of new GTM processes and close gaps in execution.
• Review legacy tools and reports for operational weaknesses.
• Support rollout of new systems to improve visibility and productivity.
• Develop reporting formats to drive regular usage by teams and clients.
• Determine which metrics are most useful for revenue planning and reviews.
• Map customer data sources and insight platforms for actionable insights.
• Select relevant reports from Carrefour retail, e-commerce, loyalty and media datasets.
• Turn complex data into clear recommendations for sales teams and leadership.
• Define commercial frameworks for brands, agencies and vendors.
