Job summary

Rayqube is seeking a Sales Executive Intern to drive new business growth in the events and exhibitions space. You will work with the Sales Director to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and convert leads into long-term partnerships.

Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in related fields, the role requires a UAE residency and a 3-month full-time onsite internship in Dubai, with a fast-paced, high-energy environment and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent Arabic speaker preferred, good English communication
• 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates welcome or 1–2 years in events/exhibitions or related fields
• Go-getter attitude with self-motivation and drive
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, deadline-driven environment
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Confident communicator and persuasive presenter
• Sharp, quick-thinking, and solutions-oriented mindset
• Well-organized with strong attention to detail
• Genuine interest in events, exhibitions, experiential/marketing industry
• Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus)
• Candidate must have valid UAE residency and be willing to work a 3 month full time internship onsite

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on generated business leads within events, exhibitions, and experiential space
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Understand client briefs and work with internal teams to propose tailored experiential solutions
• Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations
• Support the sales team in achieving sales targets through lead follow-up and opportunity development
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions (CRM)
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities
• Represent Rayqube professionally at industry events and networking opportunities
• Report to the Sales Director on pipeline status and performance
