Job summary

Guild and Craft Event Organizing seeks a structured, tech-savvy Sales Operations Executive to manage day-to-day sales and operations remotely from the UAE. You will act as the hub between clients and event staff, handling inquiries, creating estimates and invoices, and expanding the staff database across GCC cities.

The role requires 1–2 years in operations, marketing, or sales, proficiency with MS Word/Excel/CRM, and strong English; Arabic is a plus. Freshers are welcome; training is provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, marketing, or sales.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM software.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming inquiries and respond promptly and professionally; follow up with clients and prepare inquiries and estimates and invoices.
• Shortlist suitable staff and draft job proposal messages; check staff availability and confirm bookings; coordinate with staff during events to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage the CRM and keep records accurate; conduct market research and expand the staff database across GCC cities; reach out to prospects via email, WhatsApp and calls.
• Other duties as assigned.
