Job summary

Rayqube in Dubai seeks an Account Executive to manage client relationships, understand briefs, and drive business growth. You will coordinate with internal teams to deliver services that meet client needs and ensure smooth handoffs to project delivery.

The role requires strong presentation, negotiation, and sales skills, fluency in Arabic and English, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. UAE experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in account management, business development, events, exhibitions, advertising, or a creative agency.
• Strong client-facing, presentation, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Ability to translate client briefs to internal teams clearly.
• Experience preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations.
• Commercially minded, organized, and able to follow up with clients.
• Ability to manage several opportunities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• UAE agency experience and a valid UAE driving licence are advantages.

Responsibilities

• Receive and understand client briefs, requirements, budgets, and timelines.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the pitch and project stages.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups.
• Translate client requirements into clear briefs for internal teams.
• Coordinate proposals, designs, quotations, and presentations to meet deadlines.
• Prepare pitch presentations and commercial proposals with the relevant internal teams.
• Present concepts and proposals confidently to clients.
• Follow up on opportunities, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Manage client feedback, revisions, approvals, and expectations.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular progress reports.
• Coordinate the client handover to the project delivery team once a project is confirmed.
• Support the project team with client communication when required.
