Job summary

Rayqube in Dubai is seeking an experienced project manager to act as the main liaison between clients, our in-house teams, and external suppliers. You will translate client goals into actionable briefs, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure on-brand delivery across multiple tech-heavy projects.

The role requires coordinating with fabricators and AV suppliers, leading content mockups with design support, and overseeing on-site quality tests. On-site presence in Dubai Silicon Oasis is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 yrs in project management within events tech, experiential marketing, or exhibition stand production.
• Proven track record delivering complex, tech-heavy projects (apps, interactive games, holograms, etc.)
• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communication, Engineering, or related field. PMP or Prince2 a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between the client and the company.
• Coordinate with fabricators, AV suppliers.
• Present concepts, timelines, and budgets; handle scope changes diplomatically.
• Lead the content mockup stage with the support of the design team.
• Oversee internal deadlines, updates, and changes from the client during the development stage.
• Arrange logistics of hardware and personnel.
• Arrange on-site quality tests on all tech integrations (RFID, AR/VR, LED walls, etc.)
• Be able to multi-task multiple projects and responsibilities at the same time
