Johnson Controls in Dubai is seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer for Security Systems to drive new business in the UAE ELV portfolio, focusing on CCTV, Access Control, Command and Control Center, Analytics, ICT and related security technologies.

You will prepare competitive proposals, lead tender responses with the pre-sales team, and build long-term relationships with contractors, consultants and end users, ensuring successful wins and growth in your territory.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or Instrumentation.
• 3–5 years’ ELV/Security Systems sales experience in UAE.
• Ability to explain technical solutions and understand commercial aspects.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• English language proficiency and UAE driving license.

As part of a growing team, you will be responsible for generating new business and delivering a sales target in UAE across the ELV / Security Systems portfolio. You will concentrate on selling Greenfield / New Construction jobs and growing our market share with existing and new clients in focused verticals. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to generate profitable business.
