Qualifications

Engineering degree or diploma, mechanical preferred.
Based in UAE
Valid UAE driving license
UAE residence/employment visa
Minimum 2-3 years UAE sales experience
Experience in fabrication focusing on heavy equipment
Knowledge of fabricated steel structures, skids, platforms, piping, vessels and structural works
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Confident, proactive and target-driven personality

Responsibilities

Drive sales and business development for fabricated steel structures and heavy equipment.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and generate new opportunities across Operators, EPCs and Contractors in Oil & Gas.
Build long-term relationships with Procurement, Engineering and Project Management.
Interpret client requirements and propose suitable solutions from drawings/specifications.
Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and bids with Estimation Team.
Lead contract negotiations and close opportunities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports.
Coordinate with Engineering, Operations and Projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
