Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks a Sales Engineer in Sharjah to drive sales for fabricated steel structures in the Oil & Gas and water treatment sectors. You will identify opportunities, build client relationships with Operators, EPCs, and Contractors, and close deals through technical storytelling and competitive bids.

With 2–5 years of experience in the UAE, you will develop strategies, manage CRM, and collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy equipment fabrication in the Oil & Gas sector.
• 3+ years of UAE work experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales for fabricated steel structures and related services.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and market share for fabricated steel structures (ETP, STP, RO skids, platforms, piping, vessels).
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets for fabrication projects.
• Prospect and network to generate new leads in upstream, midstream, and downstream O&G sectors.
• Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers (Procurement, Engineering, Project Managers).
• Understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and close deals.
