Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited is seeking a Sales Engineer in the UAE with 3+ years of UAE experience in the Oil & Gas sector. The role focuses on selling fabricated steel structures and related services, building client relationships with operators, EPCs, and contractors, and closing deals in the competitive O&G and water treatment markets.

You will drive sales strategy, develop leads, and collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in fabrication unit focused on heavy equipment fabrication.
• Oil & Gas sector background and work experience.
• 3+ years of UAE experience.
• Ability to drive sales for fabricated steel structures like skids, platforms, piping, pressure vessels and various structural works.
• Confident and result oriented.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and market share for fabricated steel structures by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals in the Oil & Gas and water treatment sector.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet/exceed targets for fabrication projects.
• Prospect, network, and generate new leads within upstream, midstream, and downstream O&G sectors.
• Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (Procurement, Engineering, Project Managers).
• Understand client needs, interpret technical drawings/specifications, present tailored solutions and achieve revenue targets.
• Prepare detailed bids, estimates, and presentations with the Estimation team and negotiate contract terms and pricing.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Track sales activities, manage CRM, and provide regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, and Operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Should be able drive sales and market share for fabricated steel structures (ETP, STP, RO skids, platforms, skids, piping, Pressure Vessels and various structural works) by identifying opportunities, building client relationships (Operators, EPCs, Contractors), and closing deals in the competitive Oil & Gas and water treatment sector.
• Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet/exceed targets for fabrication projects.
• Client Acquisition: Prospect, network, and generate new leads within the upstream, midstream, and downstream O&G sectors.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (Procurement, Engineering, Project Managers).
