Job summary

Al Khoory Group مجموعة الخوري in Abu Dhabi is hiring a Sales Engineer (AMC & Fitouts) for Fire Protection Systems. You will develop client relationships, present tailored solutions, and drive sales growth in the UAE.

Collaborate with technical and estimation teams to prepare quotations, estimate manpower for AMC and fit-out works, and ensure compliance with local civil defense and NFPA standards. Immediate start preferred; UAE driving license required.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and expand our customer base in the UAE, focusing on long‑term relationships and customer satisfaction.
• Market Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of pricing patterns and market demands for Fitout and AMC services. Leverage market insights to enhance competitiveness.
• Sales & Business Development: Identify and engage new clients, pitch company solutions effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Technical & Sales Collaboration: Work closely with technical and sales teams to meet client requirements and produce accurate commercial proposals.
• Estimating & Quoting: Estimate manpower needs for AMC, fit‑out work, and modification projects, and prepare quotations in collaboration with the estimation team.
• Negotiations & Closing: Negotiate tender and contract terms with clients, successfully closing deals with a win‑win approach.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure all proposals and services align with local civil defense regulations and basic NFPA standards.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Sales or Business Development, particularly in the Fire & Security industry within the UAE market.
• Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.

Skills:

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proven track record in generating business through FM companies, end‑users, and contractors in Fire & Security Systems.
• Proficiency with Fire & Security products, including Fire Fighting Equipment, Fire Alarm Systems, Sprinkler Systems, Fire Pumps, and Fire Suppression Systems.
• Strong planning, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Personal Attributes: Quality‑focused, highly customer‑oriented, self‑motivated, and results‑driven with a solid sales drive.

License: UAE Driving License is mandatory.
