Job summary

Al Khoory Group is hiring a Sales Engineer (AMC & Fitouts) for Fire Protection Systems in the UAE. The role focuses on building long-term client relationships, understanding market needs, and delivering tailored, compliant proposals.

The candidate will work closely with technical and sales teams to estimate manpower, prepare quotes, and close deals while ensuring adherence to local regulations and NFPA standards. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Sales or Business Development in UAE Fire & Security.
• Diploma or Degree in mechanical/electrical/electronics engineering is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and expand UAE customer base with a focus on long-term satisfaction.
• Understand pricing patterns and market demands for Fitout and AMC services to stay competitive.
• Identify and engage new clients; pitch solutions and meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with technical and sales teams to tailor proposals to client needs.
• Estimate manpower for AMC and fit-out projects; prepare quotations with estimation team.
• Negotiate tender and contract terms to close deals successfully.
• Ensure proposals align with local civil defense regulations and NFPA standards.
