Job summary

Skyrotek Speciality Technical Services LLC in Dubai is seeking a sales professional focusing on BTU meters, smart valves, metering solutions and meter billing services. You will drive new project wins, perform technical demos, and prepare techno‑commercial proposals for clients and consultants.

Ideal candidates have 3–10 years in metering sales, strong technical knowledge of district cooling billing, and excellent communication and negotiation skills with travel willingness for client meetings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation or related engineering discipline.
• 3–10 years in sales of BTU meters, smart valves, metering systems or utility billing services.
• Metering experience and ability to obtain technical approvals.
• Strong knowledge of district cooling metering and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of BTU meters, smart valves, metering solutions, and meter billing services while identifying and securing new meter replacement and billing projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, developers, district cooling providers, facility management companies, and end users.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to obtain client approvals and specifications.
• Prepare techno‑commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely order closure and handover to project teams.
• Perform site visits, assess project requirements, and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams for successful project execution.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, market intelligence, and competitor analyses, and achieve assigned revenue targets in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3–10 years of proven experience in sales of BTU meters, smart valves, metering systems, or utility billing services, including meter replacement projects.
• Mandatory metering experience required.
• Strong technical knowledge of district cooling metering, billing processes, and associated communication protocols and systems.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver effective product demonstrations and secure technical approvals from clients and consultants.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
