Job summary

Arbete Careers Client in Dubai seeks a skilled Project Engineer with hands-on experience in automation BMS and ELV systems to drive projects in Smart Home & Building Automation. The role targets professionals with 3–6 years of UAE experience and a strong background in KNX and DALI solutions.

Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, delivering technical presentations, and coordinating with engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation or related fields.
• 3-5 years experience in Sales & Solution Development in the UAE with exposure to Home Automation, Lighting Control, GRMS and BMS.
• Certifications in KNX, DALI or BMS platforms ELV are a strong plus.
• Skilled in delivering technical presentations, proposals and solution demonstrations.
• Familiarity with MEP drawings, control schematics and low-voltage systems.
• Valid UAE driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key end-users in Private Government and Semi-Government sectors and with major engineering and design firms to influence projects from early stages.
• Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to techno-commercial offers and contract negotiations to ensuring compliance with technical standards financial exposure and risk management.
• Ensure projects are closed with healthy terms and conditions in line with local business guidelines.
• Demonstrate strong market and domain knowledge in verticals such as Healthcare Data Centers Hospitality Education Defense Telecom and Banking.
• Conduct impactful technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Design and propose integrated solutions involving KNX DALI BMS HVAC and ELV systems.
• Prepare BOQs system schematics technical submittals and compliance documents.
• Support the pre-sales team with quotations and provide technical expertise to close deals.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

• Certifications in KNX DALI or BMS platforms ELV (e.g. Siemens ABB SchneiderHoneywell etc.) are a strong plus.
• Skilled in delivering technical presentations proposals and solution
  demonstrations.
• Familiarity with MEP drawings control schematics and low-voltage systems.
• Valid UAE drivers license.
