Ideal candidates have 3–10 years in metering sales, strong technical knowledge of district cooling billing, and excellent communication and negotiation skills with travel willingness for client meetings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation or related engineering discipline.
• 3–10 years in sales of BTU meters, smart valves, metering systems or utility billing services.
• Metering experience and ability to obtain technical approvals.
• Strong knowledge of district cooling metering and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of BTU meters, smart valves, metering solutions and billing services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, developers, district cooling providers, and end users.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training to obtain approvals.
• Prepare techno‑commercial proposals, negotiate contracts and close orders.
• Perform site visits and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, market intelligence, and competitor analyses.
