Job summary

ELAND TRADING MIDDLE EAST -F.Z.E in Dubai seeks a Senior Sales Engineer to lead strategic business development within MEP district cooling and utilities, driving design specifications and securing large-scale contracts.

You will engage with utility authorities, municipalities, developers, and data centers, manage project pipelines from design to procurement, and coordinate technical submittals and bids for complex tenders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Automation Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of technical sales in HVAC, district cooling, mechanical engineering, MEP, or municipal infrastructure sectors.
• Active network of decision-makers across prioritized target segments: Utility Authorities, District Cooling plants, Municipalities, MEP building projects, Real Estate Developers, Data Centers, and BMS integrators.

Responsibilities

• Drive product sales and secure high-value contracts across core target segments.
• Engage with engineering departments, consultants, and client decision-makers to get solutions specified.
• Track public and private infrastructure developments from initial design phases through procurement and execution.
• Lead the preparation of technical submittals, value engineering proposals, and commercial bids for complex tenders.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Automation Engineering, or a related building services field.

Experience:

Minimum 7+ years of technical sales experience in the HVAC, district cooling, mechanical engineering, MEP, or municipal infrastructure sectors.

Network:

An active, established network of decision-makers across our prioritized target segments: Utility Authorities, District Cooling plants, Municipalities, MEP building projects, Real Estate Developers, Data Centers, and BMS integrators.

Technical Competence:

Strong understanding of commercial building systems, district cooling networks, fluid dynamics, environmental control, and smart infrastructure integration

Mobility:

Valid driving license.
