Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Automation Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Smart Building Systems or Building Automation in UAE/GCC.
• Hands-on knowledge of BMS, HA, GRMS, LCS, and EV charging solutions.
• Strong techno-commercial sales, tendering, and contract negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management abilities.
• UAE driving license and local market experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue.
• Identify and secure new business across commercial, residential, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, and government sectors.
• Promote and sell smart building solutions including BMS, HA, GRMS, LCS, and EV charging.
• Build relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, system integrators, and end users.
• Conduct customer meetings, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions in collaboration with engineering and estimation teams.
• Negotiate project terms, monitor sales opportunities, and support contract finalization.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer records, and pipeline updates using CRM software.
