Job summary

The role requires strong English communication, a valid UAE driving licence, and a proactive approach to AI trends and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Male and not more than 30 years of age.
• Excellent English communication is essential for client interaction.
• Valid driving licence; personal car preferred for visits.
• Previous sales experience in telecoms or related digitalization/sustainability products preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and awareness of current AI trends is advantageous.
• Good computer literacy including MS Office proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree in Electronics and Communications, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, along with strong English communication skills and a valid UAE or other applicable driving licence. The role involves developing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and promoting technical products and services related to telecommunications, cables, digitalization, and sustainability. Candidates with relevant sales experience and knowledge of ERP systems and emerging AI trends will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by engaging with potential customers across relevant industries and promoting technical products and services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Promote and sell telecommunications products, cables, and solutions related to digitalization, sustainability, and modern business technologies.

• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and technical documentation based on customer requirements and project specifications.

• Coordinate with internal technical, operations, and management teams to ensure appropriate solutions, timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction.

• Conduct client visits, product presentations, and technical discussions to explain product features, benefits, and commercial value.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies, including AI-driven developments, to identify potential sales opportunities.

• Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and follow-up activities using MS Office and, preferably, ERP systems.

Requirements

• Must hold a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline.

• Must be male and not more than 30 years of age.

• Excellent English communication skills are essential, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and communicate professionally with clients.

• Must possess a valid driving licence. Having a personal car is preferred for customer visits and business development activities.

• Previous sales experience in telecommunications, cables, concept selling, or technical products and services related to digitalization and sustainability is preferred, whether gained in the UAE or internationally.

• Good computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office, is required. Exposure to ERP systems and awareness of current AI trends and applications will be an advantage.

• Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to develop customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
