Job summary

Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Coordinator in the Spare Parts Sales team to support customers by handling spare parts enquiries, quotations, and order processing, coordinating with logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

You will collaborate with suppliers and product headquarters, aiming for accurate quotations, smooth order fulfillment, and high customer satisfaction through proactive service and precise administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering.
• Experience in spare parts sales or a related technical sales environment.
• Good understanding of engines and engine components.
• Proficiency in SAP Business One and related sales/order management systems.
• Business-level English proficiency.

As a Sales Coordinator within the Spare Parts Sales team, you will play a key role in supporting customers by managing spare parts enquiries, quotations, order processing, and delivery coordination. You will work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, product headquarters, and customers to ensure efficient order fulfillment and high levels of customer satisfaction.
