Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for clients on order status and logistics inquiries.
• Resolve pricing or dispatch issues and issue debit/credit notes as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Verify process and manage incoming orders including high-priority bulk orders in the ERP system within tight timelines Execute accurate local and export documentation Invoices Packing Lists Liaise with purchase warehouse and finance teams to arrange delivery vehicles manage order sample dispatches and meet daily shipping schedules Serve as a primary point of contact for clients on order statuses tracking and logistics inquiries while supporting daily sales workflows Resolve pricing or dispatch discrepancies issue debit credit notes and coordinate Third-Party Inspections TPI to maintain strict compliance Generate regular Sales Coordination reports and collaborate with IT to ensure smooth ERP order management operations

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Coordination (preferably within the Rockwool, insulation, or building materials manufacturing industry). Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and extensive hands-on experience with ERP systems and logistics workflows. Exceptional communication, strong problem-solving skills under pressure, and solid knowledge of commercial documentation, export regulations, and HSE standards.
