You will coordinate across sales teams, workshops, drivers and external service providers while maintaining accurate documentation and inventory. This role emphasizes proactive communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment to deliver excellent service during vehicle handovers.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily vehicle deliveries and ensure prep standards before handover.
• Coordinate with workshops for cleaning, servicing, and accessory installation.
• Ensure registration and sales documentation (insurance, number plates, VCC, invoices, letters, gate passes) are complete.
• Coordinate with drivers to prep demonstration vehicles for test drives.
• Conduct daily inventory checks and provide stock information to the sales team.
• Support showroom displays and maintain display standards.
• Maintain transaction records and required business documentation.

We are currently building a strong pool of talented Sales Coordinators for future opportunities across the UAE. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting showroom operations and ensuring vehicles are prepared and delivered to customers seamlessly. You will coordinate across sales teams, workshops, drivers, and external service providers while ensuring documentation, vehicle preparation, inventory records, and transactions are completed accurately and on time.

What You Will Do:

Coordinate daily vehicle deliveries and ensure vehicles are prepared to the required standards before customer handover. Work closely with workshops to coordinate vehicle cleaning, servicing, and accessory installation. Ensure vehicle registration and sales documentation, including insurance, number plates, VCC documents, invoices, sales letters, and gate passes, is complete and accurate. Coordinate with drivers to ensure demonstration vehicles are clean, fuelled, checked, and ready for test drives. Conduct daily physical and system inventory checks and provide accurate stock information to the sales team. Support showroom vehicle displays and ensure required display standards are maintained. Maintain accurate transaction records and required business documentation.
