Job summary

coachroom.ai in the UAE is seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager for Real Estate who can operate remotely from the UAE. You will acquire real estate brokerage firms across the UAE and build a structured sales process.

Fluency in English and German is required, along with several years in UAE real estate and 3+ years in B2B sales with a proven closing record. You will demonstrate products, manage the pipeline, and represent the company at industry events.

Salary: AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month base salary plus uncapped commission

The role

You will be responsible for acquiring real estate brokerage firms across the UAE as customers and for building a structured sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business with real estate brokerage firms across the UAE
• Run product demonstrations and convert them into contracts
• Build and manage the sales pipeline and keep the CRM up to date
• Represent coachroom.ai at industry events
• Share client and market feedback with the product team

Requirements

• Fluent English and German, spoken and written
• Several years of experience in the real estate industry, ideally in the UAE
• A strong network among brokers, brokerage firms and developers
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development with a proven closing record
• Right to work in the UAE, or willingness to relocate to Dubai before the start date

Nice to have

• Arabic or other additional languages
• Experience in PropTech, SaaS or training solutions
