Job summary

Lathief Production in Dubai is seeking an energetic Sales & Business Development Executive to drive new business for our branding, advertising, marketing and events services. You will understand client needs, pitch creative solutions and close deals.

You will identify opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, manage end-to-end sales from lead generation to closing, meet clients, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and push for monthly targets to grow the business.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales/business development experience in an advertising, branding, events or marketing agency.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Confident communication and negotiation.
• UAE market experience and existing business connections are a strong advantage.

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team and drive new business for our branding, advertising, marketing and events company.

We need someone who understands the industry, knows how to approach businesses, pitch creative services and, most importantly, close deals.

What you'll do
