Job summary

A recruitment firm in Abu Dhabi is urgently seeking a Sales and Business Development Executive. The role involves proactively engaging with new prospects, developing strategies for business growth, and maintaining strong client relationships. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and be familiar with the UAE market. Immediate availability and relocation to Abu Dhabi are required.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of sales/business development experience (healthcare, manpower recruitment, digital marketing).
  • Strong proposal writing skills with experience in preparing bids, RFT/RFPs.
  • UAE market knowledge.

Job Title: Sales and Business Development Executive

Job Location: Abu Dhabi

Job Description: We are urgently looking for Sales and Business Development Executive for Digital Marketing, Recruitment and HealthCare business units.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects through detailed market research.
  • Work closely with Senior Management to design and execute pre-agreed strategies built around developing new business growth.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Open business development dialogs with strategic customers, targeting both government and semi-government entities.
  • Financial planning, marketing, strategy development, and implementation.
  • Identify and attend tradeshows and other business functions to keep abreast of developments in the marketplace, find potential new businesses, and market the company's end-to-end solutions.
  • Networking, presenting, and public speaking.
Qualifications
  • Degree/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or in any discipline with 3-5 years of sales/business development experience (healthcare, manpower recruitment, digital marketing).
  • Strong Proposal writing skills with Experience in preparing Bids, RFT/RFPs.
  • UAE market knowledge.
  • Strong client relationship management and development aptitude.
  • Possess professional presentation skills.
  • Must possess progressive sales management experience and a demonstrated record of sales growth.
  • Ability to facilitate and orchestrate resources cross-functionally to support sales efforts.
  • Bring an entrepreneurial approach to all initiatives.
  • Market research experience.
  • Proven ability to work independently.
  • Experience in managing a team.
  • Immediately available and can be relocated to Abu Dhabi.
