Job summary

Leading Edge in Dubai, UAE is seeking a driven Female Sales Executive with a marketing background to join our fast-growing team. You will leverage your marketing expertise and client relationships to drive business growth, deliver tailored solutions, and exceed sales targets.

You will identify and pursue new business, manage existing client relationships to upsell and cross-sell services, tailor marketing solutions, present proposals, negotiate contracts, and track KPIs to optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or digital agencies.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities (cold calling, networking, pitching).
• Manage existing client relationships to upsell and cross-sell services.
