Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking a proactive business development professional to establish B2B channels, drive corporate gifting programs, and cultivate retail, gaming, and lifestyle-electronics partnerships across the UAE and GCC.

You will leverage your network, attend events in Dubai and the Emirates, and negotiate terms to close deals while reporting market feedback to refine the offer.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable connections in UAE/GCC retail, corporate, gaming/esports, or events.
• Sales or BD experience in B2B; electronics/gadgets or premium lifestyle products a strong plus.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently under a commission structure.
• Strong communicator; fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Based in the UAE with ability to meet clients and attend events in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Open new B2B channels including corporate gifting programs and partnerships across UAE and GCC.
• Activate your network and bring contacts to the table.
• Run outreach via LinkedIn, UAE directories, and direct networking to build pipeline.
• Represent the company at trade shows, pop-ups, and events to generate leads and close deals.
• Negotiate and close deals from first contact to signed agreement with management on pricing.
• Report pipeline status and market feedback to sharpen the offer as we grow.

• Sales or BD experience: prior work in business development, channel partnerships, or B2B sales; experience with electronics, gadgets, or premium lifestyle products is a strong plus.
• Self-starter mindset: comfortable working independently and managing your own time under a commission structure.
• Strong communicator: confident negotiating in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Based in the UAE: able to meet clients and attend events in Dubai and across the Emirates.
