Overview of the Role

The Sales Assistant contributes to both customer satisfaction and day-to-day store performance. The position requires an energetic and attentive approach to customer interactions while ensuring the retail environment remains clean, organised, and professionally presented. Alongside direct sales responsibilities, the Sales Assistant will complete operational duties assigned by store management and support an in-store experience that encourages customers to return.

Store Environment

Customer Interaction
