Discovered MENA is hiring a Sales Executive in the UAE to win new agency customers and grow existing accounts within a fast-growing Dubai proptech field. You will drive outbound and inbound opportunities, perform software demos, and own the full sales cycle from outreach to close and payment.

This early-stage role shapes the sales function as the business scales, requiring confident business-value presentations to agency owners and strong negotiation skills across the UAE.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Experience selling CRM or property portal subscriptions.
• Ability to present software and discuss business value with owners.
• Strong prospecting, follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Willing to meet clients across the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals and visits.
• Convert inbound leads into paying customers.
• Run product demos for agency owners showing platform value.
• Own the sales cycle through to signed contracts and payment.
• Grow existing accounts via upgrades and additional features.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and weekly forecasts.
• Provide customer insights back to product team.
