Discovered MENA is hiring a Sales Executive in the UAE to win new agency customers and grow existing accounts within a fast-growing Dubai proptech field. You will drive outbound and inbound opportunities, perform software demos, and own the full sales cycle from outreach to close and payment.

This early-stage role shapes the sales function as the business scales, requiring confident business-value presentations to agency owners and strong negotiation skills across the UAE.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Experience selling CRM or property portal subscriptions.
• Ability to present software and discuss business value with owners.
• Strong prospecting, follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Willing to meet clients across the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals and visits.
• Convert inbound leads into paying customers.
• Run product demos for agency owners showing platform value.
• Own the sales cycle through to signed contracts and payment.
• Grow existing accounts via upgrades and additional features.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and weekly forecasts.
• Provide customer insights back to product team.

AED 12,000 per month + 10% uncapped commission on revenue

We’re partnering with a fast-growing Dubai proptech company that has built a CRM for real estate agencies. It helps agencies manage their leads, listings, sales pipelines, commissions and reporting in one place, with off-plan inventory built straight into the platform.

They’re hiring a Sales Executive to win new agency customers across the UAE and grow existing accounts. It’s an early hire, so you’d be helping shape the sales function as the business scales.

What you’ll be doing

• Generating new business through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals and agency visits


• Converting inbound and company-provided leads into paying customers


• Running product demos for agency owners and showing how the platform improves their operations


• Owning the sales cycle through to signed agreement and payment


• Growing existing accounts through additional users, plan upgrades and paid features


• Keeping the CRM up to date and forecasting weekly


• Feeding customer insight back to the product team

What they’re looking for

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, with a track record of sourcing and closing your own deals


• Experience selling SaaS, CRM, property portal subscriptions or technology services


• Confidence presenting software and talking business value with business owners


• Strong prospecting, follow-up and negotiation skills


• UAE real estate agency relationships are an advantage, not a requirement


• Available for client meetings across the UAE
