eMagine Solutions is hiring a SaaS Business Development / Sales Manager to take a new cloud-based platform to market in the Dubai region. This exclusive role is built for a hunter who can also grow revenue within long-standing enterprise relationships.

You’ll shape messaging, drive full sales cycles, and build a strong pipeline while collaborating with global engineering heritage and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales and business development.
• Experience selling into complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Exposure to multinational organisations preferred (regional/global/matrix).

Responsibilities

• Own new business development: identify, qualify, and win new logos across target sectors.
• Upsell and expand within established accounts: build long-term client relationships to grow footprint and recurring revenue.
• Take a new SaaS platform to market: shape messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market approach with internal stakeholders.
• Run the full sales cycle: discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, close.
• Build a strong pipeline: outbound activity, partner/channel opportunities, and smart account planning.
• Work with technical teams to translate complex capabilities into clear business outcomes.
