Arabic.AI is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager- Services to drive new logo acquisition across the UAE. You will own target accounts, develop tailored GTM plans, and build a strong pipeline for LSP, Ureed Secondments, and Content Lab services.

You will engage stakeholders, lead commercial discussions, and coordinate with Production and Marketing to deliver compelling proposals and measurable ROI for clients.

Formación

• A bachelor’s degree in business management or any related field is preferable.
• At least 8 years of proven experience in business development, new business sales, or hunting roles.
• Experience in multi-product/portfolio selling (agency, staffing, LSP, or professional services) is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Own the acquisition of new logos within assigned markets, segments, and accounts.
• Develop and execute account-specific approaches to penetrate target organizations and establish new commercial relationships.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects and opportunities.
• Consistently work toward and achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.
• Identify decision-makers, influencers, buying centers, and entry points within target organizations.
• Apply structured opportunity qualification (e.g., MEDDPICC) to target accounts and opportunities.
