Job summary
Axon is seeking a high-energy pre-sales sales engineer in the United Arab Emirates. You will master Axon technologies, lead technical and business presentations, and engage CIOs, IT leaders, and partners to advance opportunities.
Travel up to 70% and reports to the Director, Sales Engineering. You will support the pre-sales cycle, develop POCs, create technical documentation, and help craft SOWs in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication with CIOs, IT leaders, and partners.
- 4+ years in pre-sales or consulting, customer facing.
- Experience with public procurement in META region.
- Experience selling SaaS-based solutions and cloud/End User Compute.
- Industrial networking, storage, virtualization knowledge; certifications welcome.
Responsibilities
- Achieve mastery of Axon technologies and products.
- Lead technical and business presentations for diverse audiences.
- Coordinate POC/Pilot logistics and tailor tests to customer objectives.
- Develop Statements of Work for Professional Services as needed.
- Represent Axon at field events and with channel partners.
- Provide first-level technical support during pre-sales cycles.
