Job summary

Axon is seeking a high-energy pre-sales sales engineer in the United Arab Emirates to accelerate sales initiatives. You will master Axon technologies, lead technical and business presentations, and engage with IT leaders and channel partners across the region.

You will coordinate POC tests, tailor configurations, and drive opportunities while supporting the sales team with technical documentation and operator guidance. Travel up to 70% is expected.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent).
• 4+ years customer facing pre-sales or consulting experience.
• 3+ years experience with public procurement in META.
• Experience selling SaaS based solutions.
• Experience in End User Compute or Cloud Computing preferred.
• Knowledge of routing, switching, and Internet technologies; strong documentation.
• Willingness to travel; Fluent English and Russian.

Responsibilities

• Master all Axon technologies / products.
• Lead business and technical presentations with stakeholders.
• Discuss requirements with CIOs, partners and technical staff.
• Set and manage expectations with customers and team members.
• Provide 1st-level technical support during pre-sales cycles.
• Coordinate POC/Pilot processes and tailor tests for prospects.
• Develop relationships with key partners for growth.
• Position Axon against competitors and articulate value.
• Represent products and brand at field events.
• Create Statements of Work for Professional Services.
• Document and feedback product improvements to teams.
