Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take and coordinate room service orders promptly and accurately.
• Interact with guests cheerfully, taking requests and providing recommendations as needed.
• Communicate orders to the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain neat appearance and professional grooming while on duty.
• Answer room service telephone lines and respond to guest inquiries.
• Familiarize with menu offerings and promotions to assist guests.
• Report any cleanliness or maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Attend training and adhere to SOPs related to guest care, product knowledge, and manners.
