Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or related vocational training.
• Previous experience as Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional service to guests to ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Greet and seat customers and serve them in a professional, discreet and personalized way.
• Acquire knowledge of the food & beverage menu to advise guests.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the outlet.
• Ensure service preparations before, during and after the service.
• Minimize wastage and breakage while preventing spoilage.
• Use up-selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.
