Job summary

Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas is seeking a dynamic Host/Hostess to warmly receive guests and提供 courteous service at all times in our Abu Dhabi outlet. You will welcome guests, guide them to tables, manage reservations, and collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The ideal candidate holds a hospitality diploma/degree, communicates excellently in English, and may benefit from additional language skills. Professional appearance and strong guest focus are essential.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in hospitality preferred.
Excellent command of English.
Multilingual abilities advantageous.

Responsibilities

Offer consistently professional, friendly and engaging service.
Welcome guests, guide to tables, and be available as a point of contact.
Take outlet reservations and manage the reservation book.
Set up the outlet before business hours with the service team.
Coordinate with service team for floor plan reservations or blocking off tables.
Maintain cleanliness of the outlet and entrance area.
Ensure guests' well-being with discreet, attentive service.
Know menus and promotions to make recommendations.
Assist in maintaining the outlet's guest database.
Reassure guests' satisfaction on departure.
