Qualifications

• Diploma or vocational hospitality training required.

Responsibilities

• Handle all communications in and out of the Housekeeping Office to ensure smooth operation.
• Manage keys, daily activity reports, and housekeeping records.
• Answer calls promptly with proper etiquette and document messages.
• Record incoming calls and disseminate messages or follow up.
• Handle Lost & Found processes: receiving, recording, storage, and clearance.
• Maintain and update housekeeping files and reports from Opera.
