Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Client Partner for Real Money Gaming (RMG) within Global Business Solutions in Dubai. You will drive revenue growth, onboard advertisers, and manage cross‑market campaigns that expand international presence and maximize outcomes on our platform.

Lead strategic planning, partner with policy and product teams, and build senior‑level relationships to secure sustained investment and long‑term partnerships in regulated markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital advertising sales, business development or client partnerships with a track record of winning new business.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and user acquisition, with knowledge of RMG and sports betting models.
• Ability to interpret market and performance data and craft growth strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills for senior client relationships.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and drive opportunities to execution.
• Experience dealing with international expansion and advertising policy in regulated industries.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue growth through new advertiser acquisition, existing client growth and increased share of wallet.
• Develop new business by identifying, qualifying and converting high‑potential RMG and sports betting advertisers.
• Lead sales process from prospecting to negotiations and activation.
• Analyze industry trends and translate insights into plans with milestones and outcomes.
• Drive policy unlocks and market expansion with cross‑functional partners.
• Build senior client relationships and lead strategic discussions and joint business planning.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to connect TikTok’s solutions to client objectives.
• Lead business reviews and translate findings into recommendations.
• Remove barriers to growth by resolving policy, onboarding, and campaign delivery issues.
