Job summary

Fanatics Momentum in the UAE seeks a Manager, Corporate Strategy & Performance to lead strategic planning, enterprise performance assessments, and growth initiatives across Casino, Sports Betting, and Lottery.

The role translates market intelligence and commercial insights into strategic recommendations, business plans, and executive materials, partnering with Finance, Commercial, Product, Marketing, and Data Analytics to inform decision-making at the top level.

Qualifications

4–8 years of corporate strategy experience.
Strong problem-solving with independent management of analytics.
Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.
Understanding of P&L, profitability and drivers.
Ability to navigate regulated-market constraints and licensing issues.
Excellent written and verbal English for senior stakeholders.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; concise executive presentations.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning, enterprise performance assessment, and growth initiatives across Casino, Sports Betting, and Lottery.
Conduct market, regulatory, and industry research to identify opportunities and risks.
Develop business cases, financial models, forecasts, scenario analyses, and strategic recommendations.
Analyse enterprise performance across revenue, GGR, player economics, retention, channel mix, product mix, and cost-to-serve.
Diagnose performance drivers and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Product, Marketing, Data Analytics to consolidate performance data and KPI frameworks.
